The form of the passive voice

The passive sentence is formed by:

i. changing the positions of the two nouns;

     He will draw a picture.

           A picture will be drawn by him.

ii. changing the verb into the perfect tense.

           He will draw a picture.

           A picture will be drawn by him.

iii.             Adding the appropriate part of an auxiliary verb

Active sentences in the other tenses can also be changed into passive sentences in the same way:

Simple future tense I:  He will draw a picture.

    A picture will be drawn by him.
